I've sold, managed, trained, consulted, built business-development systems and worked directly with entrepreneurs and business owners trying to build better businesses.

I've also built and operated businesses myself. I've hired people. Fired people. Made payroll. Borrowed money. Managed cash flow. Changed strategies. Made good decisions and expensive mistakes.

That experience affects how I approach business consulting.

I don't believe most business owners need another generic business plan. They need someone who can look at the business objectively, identify what needs to change and help them determine what to do next.
